Canfield Village Middle School opened its doors to seventh- and eighth-grade students and their parents for the school’s annual open house Aug. 29.
The event gave the students an opportunity to introduce themselves to their teachers and get an overview of their the classes they will start attending next week.
New CVMS principal Joe Maroni gave a brief PowerPoint presentation to attendees in the gym before the students checked out their classes.
“This is an opportunity for both students and teachers to put a name to a face,” Maroni said.
