Mahoning County Indictments

A Mahoning County grand jury handed up indictments against these people on these charges Thursday:

Eric Banks, 19, of Mistletoe Avenue, assault.

Tequon Sharpe, 20, Glenwood Avenue, illegal possession of a weapon and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Brian Cunningham, 24, Oxford Drive, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Delord Green, 18, Summer Street, tampering with evidence.

Daniel Petrello Jr., 20, Greenwood Avenue, arson.

Joe Pool III, also known as Joe Ree Poole, 19, Pasadena Avenue, felonious assault and felonious assault with a firearm specification.

Dion Matthews, 18, Heritage Drive, Canfield, retaliation.

Ashley Wilkinson, 21, Marion Street, Struthers, receiving stolen property.

Andre Hallman, 21, Wirt Street, possession of heroin and possession of drugs.

Elsie Gomez, 47, Jackson Street, assault.
