Day with master sewer Emma Seabrooke planned

The Niles Chapter of the American Sewing Guild will mark its 20th anniversary with “A Day With Emma Seabrooke,” a certified Palmer/Pletsch pant and fit instructor, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 1 at Wildare Methodist Church, 7211 N. Park Ext. Seabrooke will have her SewkeyE patterns, her line of knit patterns for the hard to fit, stay tapes and knit fabrics available for sale.

Reservations are required by Sept. 23. A cost of $10 for members and $15 for nonmembers includes lunch. A card will be mailed and must be presented at the door.
