ASSOCIATIONS

Tri-Gold Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association will meet Sept. 14 at the Upstairs, 4500 Mahoning Ave. A social at 5:30 will precede the meeting at 6 p.m. Dinner will consist of garden salad, baked chicken, pasta, steamed redskin potatoes, bread, coffee, tea or iced tea. Yo-Mah-O Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals will meet at 6 p.m. Sept. 13 at Belleria Restaurant, Cornersburg, for a buffet dinner, followed by a presentation by Christina Hardy, career planning coordinator in Youngstown State University’s Career Services, on “Interests and Personality Assessments and Your Career.” Past presidents will be honored. CLASSES

Campbell Memorial High School Class of 1950 will meet between 11:30 a.m. and noon Wednesday Sept. 7 at Eat’n Park in Boardman.

Campbell Memorial High School Class of 1955 will have its monthly breakfast at 10 a.m. Saturday at What’s Cookin’ in the Mathews Road Plaza on South Avenue, Youngstown. Spouses and guests are welcome.

John Hoptak, a ranger at Antietam National Military Park, will talk about the pivotal Civil War Battle of South Mountain at a meeting of the Mahoning Valley Civil War Round Table at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 12 at Antone’s Banquet Centre in Boardman. DARE Singles Group is a social group for divorced, widowed, and separated people. The Historical Society of McDonald will meet at 9 a.m. Thursday in the community room at the post office building.

Warren Photographic Society will have its first meeting of the 2011-12 season Thursday, featuring a model photo shoot from 5 p.m. until dark at Warren Women’s Park, next to Warren City Hall, 391 Mahoning Ave. NW. SUPPORT GROUPS

Grief Recovery Instructional Support Groups are offered at Kelly-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home for anyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one and is struggling with the pain. Beginning Sept. 13, the meetings will be at 7 p.m. at the funeral home’s care center, next to the funeral home at 709 N. Main St., Hubbard. The groups are led by Philip Roland, M.A. P.P.
