WHAT: Political rally to show support for Issue 2.

WHEN: 5 p.m. Tuesday.

WHERE: Spread Eagle Tavern property, Hanoverton, in Columbiana County.

WHO: Gov. John Kasich will be main speaker. Also speaking will be state Rep. Craig Newbold, R-1st of Columbiana, and Event Coordinator Dave Johnson, chairman of the Columbiana County Republican Party. Education representatives also will speak.
