VIENNA

YNGAir Partners will have its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport’s North conference room.

The airport’s address is 1453 Youngstown-Kingsville Road.

YNGAir Partners is a nonprofit organization founded to advocate the usage of the airport.

SBA will honor companies Nov. 1

YOUNGSTOWN

The U.S. Small Business Administration will honor 13 participating companies that took part in its Emerging 200 initiative.

The graduation ceremony will take place from 4:30 to 5:45 p.m. Tuesday at Youngstown State University’s Williamson College of Business Administration Atrium, 221 N. Hazel St.

The e200 graduating companies include: A to Z Drain Services LLC; American Maintenence Services; Canfield Computers; Color Embroidery; Crogran Plumbing and Heating; Dawn Inc.; Empyra.com Inc.; Hudson Fasteners; Humtown Products; Industrial Machining and Design; PTNE Telecom; The Agent Insurance Services; and Treeman Industries.

The e200 focused on small Youngstown companies for potential rapid expansion and job creation and provided those companies with more than 40 hours of advanced management training. Youngstown is one of 27 e200 participating cities nationwide.

PIDA low-interest financing available

MERCER

Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority low-interest financing is available through the Lawrence County Economic Development Corp. for land and building acquisition, construction and renovation that results in creation or retention of jobs.

Among the projects that qualify for PIDA loans are land and building acquisition; building construction and renovation; industrial-park development; and multitenant spec building construction, acquisition and renovation. Interest rates are fixed at 2 percent for Lawrence County applicants.

Loans of up to $2 million are available. The loan ceiling in Lawrence County must be no more than 50 percent to 70 percent of total eligible project costs, based on firm size and location.

Roadshow returns to Mahoning Valley

AUSTINTOWN

The Ohio Valley Refinery & Roadshow will return to Youngstown from Nov. 8 through 12 at the Best Western Meander Inn, 870 N. Canfield Niles Road.

Collectors will have close to $300,000 to buy antiques and collectibles.

The cost is free. Hours of the event will be 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 8 through 11 and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Nov. 12.
