This weekend: NASCAR’s top series is in Martinsville, Va., for today’s Tums Fast Relief 500. The green flag is scheduled to drop around 2 p.m. Rain on Saturday washed out qualifying so the Trumbull County native will start 32nd, based on owner’s points.

Season to date: Blaney is in 32nd place in the Sprint Cup standings with 445 points.
