Fallen judge must cash out public pension

CLEVELAND

A judge who resigned after being caught in a county corruption investigation in Cleveland has been ordered to cash out his retirement fund and pay $57,000 for fixing cases.

The Plain Dealer newspaper from Cleveland reports prosecutors hope a federal judge’s ruling against former Cuyahoga County Judge Steven Terry means they can get money from other corrupt officials’ pensions.
