Childhood vaccines

An administration fee of $10 per visit will be charged, but no one will be denied due to inability to pay. All children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. Please bring current shot record. All school-required vaccines will be available. No appointments are necessary.

West Farmington Community Center, Wednesday, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

St Joe’s At The Mall, Thursday, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m.

Trumbull County Health Department, Nov. 7, 9:30 to 11:30 and 1 to 4 p.m.; Nov. 16, 1 to 4 p.m.

Mesopotamia Fire Station, Nov. 8, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m.

Southington Christian Church, Nov. 9, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Newton Falls Community Center, Nov. 15, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m.
