F5RS sponsors Halloween event

F5RS, a small pet rescue and sanctuary, will host “Little Monsters Halloween Spooktacular” from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Petco, 317 Boardman-Poland Road. A small-animal costume contest will take place at 1:30. There will be treats, activities and prizes.
