Making their home in Raleigh, N.C., after their marriage July 23 are Mark A. Carrigan, son of Andrew and Carmen Carrigan of Raleigh, and his bride, the former Reaia E. Winston, daughter of Elsina Winston and Will Winston, both of Youngstown, and Wynn Greene of Colorado Springs, Colo.

The Rev. Nicholas Worrell solemnized the noon ceremony in White Dove Wedding Chapel, and a reception followed at Church of God of Prophecy Fellowship Hall in Raleigh before the couple left for a honeymoon in Hilton Head, S.C.

The bride wore a white jersey tea-length dress with a keyhole neckline and ruched empire waist embellished with beading.

She was attended by her sister, Reva L. Norris, as matron of honor in a lapis-colored dress, and the groom’s daughter, Carmen Carrigan, as junior bridesmaid, in white.

The groom’s best man was Reginald Stallings.

The bride is a program coordinator for Duke University Hospital in Durham, N.C., while pursuing a master’s degree in health administration at Pfeiffer University. She earned a bachelor’s degree in applied science at Youngstown State University.

The groom, who served in the Army, is a day warehouse supervisor for US Foodservice-Raleigh Division in Zebulon, N.C.
