Making their home in Struthers after a honeymoon in Aruba are Geoffrey Warr Armbrecht, formerly of Canfield, and his bride, the former Deborah Ann Blanch of Struthers.

The couple exchanged vows May 27 in St. Columba Cathedral.

The Rev. John Keehner officiated at the 4:30 p.m. ceremony for the daughter of Anthony and Carol Blanch of Poland and the son of Andrea Armbrecht of Canfield and the late William Armbrecht.

A reception followed at the Maronite Center.

The bride wore a strapless A-line-style gown of satin charmeuse embellished with embroidery and crystals and featuring a draped back and chapel train.

Her attendants wore emerald gowns. Abby Farris served as matron of honor, and bridesmaids were Lindsay Sechrist; Megan Zimmers; Monica Mike-Simko; Katy Basista; Lisa Sturm; Emily Compan; the groom’s sister, Alison Dobro; and the bride’s sisters-in-law, Donna and Lucinda Blanch. Flower girl was Cassandra Rose Blanch, the bride’s niece.

Paul Grinch was the groom’s best man. Groomsmen were Lee Nicastro; Joby Johnston; Keith Miller; Duane Delahunt; Chad Wortman; the groom’s cousin, Doug Camens; the groom’s brother-in-law, Matt Dobro; and the bride’s brothers, Rick and Nick Blanch. Ring bearer was Nicholas R. Blanch, the bride’s nephew.

The bride is an intervention specialist in South Range School District after earning a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Youngstown State University and a master’s in curriculum and instruction from Ashland University.

The groom is an electrician for Aey Electric after earning a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from YSU.
