Valley gas prices going up

Mahoning Valley residents who have an empty tank of gas in their vehicles may want to fill up soon.

Gas prices, which early today averaged $3.29 for a gallon of regular-grade gasoline, are expected to rise and average somewhere between $3.35 and $3.49 a gallon during the next three days, according to Gas Buddy, the online fuel price finder.

Gas Buddy today issued a price hike warning for motorists in Ohio and three other Midwest states.
