BALLOON ART
The Assorted Nutz, a nonprofit clown organization, is offering balloon-twisting classes from 6 to 8 p.m. today in the Eastwood Mall Community Room, 5555 Youngstown-Warren Road, Niles.
A $75 registration fee will include three classes, one balloon pump, a 100-count bag of balloons and two instructional books.
Classes will be hands-on and taught by professional balloon twisters.
AUDITION TIME
If you’d like the opportunity to show your acting skills, auditions will be at 6 p.m. today and Tuesday at the Oakland Center for the Arts, 220 W. Boardman St., Youngstown, for the sixth annual production of “How the Drag Queen Stole Christmas.”
The show will be performed Dec. 2, 3, 9 and 10.
SWEET MUSIC
If choral music is your delight, then plan to attend the Youngstown State University fall choral concert at 8 p.m. today at St. Columba Cathedral, 159 W. Rayen Ave., Youngstown.
Don’t worry about breaking your piggy bank to find admission money; the concert is free.
DRILLING MEETING
