Officials at a Penn State satellite campus in western Pennsylvania say classes will be as usual today after closure of the campus at the end of last week due to a Twitter threat that mentioned the 2007 Virginia Tech shooting spree.
Activities and classes were canceled at Penn State-Beaver on Friday due to the threat posted Thursday night. Authorities said they were looking for a former student charged with a sex crime last month.
The school said the campus was “secure” Sunday.
