L.U.N.A. will sponsor a sofrito session

YOUNGSTOWN

Latinas United Networking Association will host a “Poquito de Sofrito” networking session from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at First Presbyterian Church in the Helen Chapel Room, 201 Wick Ave.

Israel “Junior” Jusino, who specializes in Hispanic cuisine, will demonstrate how to make sofrito, a seasoning base used in many Hispanic recipes.
