Hubbard's Jeff Yocum among 10 recognized before NASCAR race in Kansas

Army Pfc. Jeff Yocum of Hubbard was one of 10 soldiers from Fort Riley, Kan., selected from the 4th Brigade to be honored for their accomplishments on Oct. 9 before the beginning of the NASCAR Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas City, Kan.

Yocum completed Unmanned Aircraft Instructor Training in July and on Oct. 6 was one of five soldiers from his battalion to receive the 4th IBCT Special Troops Battalion Award presented by Command Team for Excellence.
