The Poland Union PTO is hosting the eighth annual Holiday Shoppe Craft and Vendor Show on Nov. 5 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Poland Seminary High School.

All proceeds from the show will benefit the Poland Union Elementary PTO.

Each year the event grows in size. This year, the Poland Union PTO is anticipating more than 80 vendors for the event. The craft and vendor show will have something for everyone including a Valley favorite, Lutz’s Greenhouse.

“The support of the parents is what makes this show so successful. Each Union classroom has a theme in which students bring in items and we put together these wonderful baskets to be raffled off,” said Kristie DePascale.

Some of the basket themes include Ohio State, games and family fun. Attendees will also have an opportunity to win an iPad and Disney tickets.

“It is an event that is truly enjoyed by all generations. I see how the Union children enjoy being a part of an event that grown-ups come to enjo,y” said Mike Masucci, principal at Poland Union.

The concession stand will offer doughnuts and coffee in the morning as well as lunch features, including Belleria Pizza, Ghossain’s sandwich pockets and St. Paul’s pierogies.

A 50/50 raffle will also be offered at the Holiday Shoppe and last year’s winner took home more than $2,100.
