Chamber event Nov. 1 focuses on career advancement, enhancement


YOUNGSTOWN — Panels of current and future community and business leaders will discuss career advancement and enhancement during an Athena forum at 5 p.m. Nov. 1 at the Youngstown Club, 201 E. Commerce St..

The panelists will discuss the three pillars of the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber’s annual Athena Award program: career, community involvement and mentorship and development.

Forum participants will first hear from leaders who will share their experiences about what women should do to develop and advance their career, the value and importance of community service and how they may develop themselves and others.

Panelists include: Patricia Brozik, president, Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley; Molly Seals, senior vice president, human resources, Humility of Mary Health Partners; Shelley Taylor-Odille, vice president, Paige & Byrnes Insurance Agency, Inc.; Jacci Daniel Johnson, annual giving coordinator, Youngstown State University ; Natalie Lariccia, financial adviser, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc.; and Nicole Ramson, senior associate accountant, Packer Thomas.
