Warrants: Police arrested David Kalna, 29, of 222 S. Schenley Ave., Youngstown and Sarah Vinion, 990 Compass West, No. 9, for unlawful purchase of pseudophedrine, resulting from an investigation in 2009 in which 14 people have been arrested.

Harassment: A woman reported being harassed by an employee at Giant Eagle, 525 E. Main St., a male who followed her through the store and walked her to her car and tried to hug her. When she denied him he touched “inappropriately.”

Theft: Jina Marie West, 32, of 5733 E. Lincoln St., Wichita, Kansas and Dustin West, 29, of 625 Devitt Ave., Campbell were arrested for shoplifting at Giant Eagle, 525 E.Main St. They are accused of filling two store buggies with items and leaving without paying for them.

Warrant: Darryl Steven Farko, 18, of 530 N.Briarcliff Drive, Canfield, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on arraignment for charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
