Afternoon of the Arts Saturday at Boardman Y

In celebration of the arts and artists in our community, the D.D. & Velma Davis Family YMCA off McClurg Road will host “An Afternoon of the Arts” from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday.

The free event features live music, poetry readings, dance, face painting and authors. Visitors can watch local artists work and buy their works.

An Art Exhibition and work by local artists and Y members will be in the Gallery.
