910th Airlift Wing conducting exercises this weekend

VIENNA — Members of the Air Force Reserve’s 910th Airlift Wing at the Youngstown Air Reserve Station are participating in a base-wide exercise this weekend beginning at 2 p.m. Saturday.

Residents and passersby in the vicinity of the Youngstown Air Reserve Station should not be alarmed to hear a variety of sirens and explosive sounds Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

The exercise is a scheduled event and is necessary to maintain the mission readiness of the Air Force Reserve personnel assigned to the 910th Airlift Wing, officials said.
