Columbiana County General Health District offers seasonal flu-shot clinics through November. The cost is $25 for the standard shot and $45 for the high-dose shot for people 65 and older. Check, cash, credit card and most insurances, including Medicare B, are accepted and. Schedule is:

Friday: 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3:30 p.m., Columbiana County Health Department, 73360 state Route 45, Lisbon.

Monday: 9 to 11 a.m., Columbiana St. Jude Hall, 180 Seventh St., Columbiana; 1 to 3 p.m., East Palestine City Community Center.

Oct. 28: 9 to 11 a.m., West Township Hall, Know School Road; 1 to 3 p.m., Guilford Lake Ruritan Hall, state Route 172, Guilford Lake.

Oct. 31: 9 to 11 a.m., Wellsville Alumni Hall, Fourth Street, Wellsville; 1 to 3 p.m., Salineville Kiwanis Hall, Salineville.

Nov. 4, 7, 14, 18, 21, 28: 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3:30 p.m., Columbiana Health Department, 73360 state Route 45, Lisbon.
