Shale-expo speakers listed

YOUNGSTOWN

The speakers list for the Youngstown/ Warren Regional Chamber’s Youngstown Ohio Utica & Natural Gas 2011 Conference and Expo is finalized.

The Nov. 30 daylong event will feature these speakers: Trina Rauscher Cooper, human-resource director, V&M Star; Michelle Ball of the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services; and Thomas E. Stewart, executive vice president, Ohio Oil & Gas Association.

The new speakers will join previously announced experts such as Jeffrey Dick, chairman of the geology department at Youngstown State University, and Atty. Eric Johnson of Johnson & Johnson.

The event, which will focus on everything from the legalities of oil and gas leases to industry jobs and environmental hazards, is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Covelli Centre.

The afternoon session is open to YOUNG registrants and chamber members and costs $50.
