Ohio Secretary of State John Husted is publishing the text of the three state issues that will be on the Nov. 8 ballot in Wednesday's Vindicator. Of the 60 pages, the complete text of Issue 2, dealing with Senate Bill 5, takes up 58 pages.

Issue 1 deals with a constitutional amendment on judicial ages and appointments while Issue 3 focuses on exempting Ohio from the federal health care act.

Each issue, per state law, each issue is also published with a pro/con narrative. So, whether you believe a yes vote will mean "long overdue reforms to unfair and costly government employment practices in Ohio" or that a no vote will "put all of our families' safety at risk," check out Wednesday's Vindicator.
