Making their home in Cincinnati after a honeymoon in Punta Cana are Matthew T. Roeding and the former Bonnie J. Wathen, who were married April 16 at St. Paul United Methodist Church.

The Rev. Richard Coldwell officiated at the 6 p.m. ceremony, and a reception followed at Embassy Suites Rivercenter in Covington, Ky., for the daughter of Dan and Sharon Wathen of Girard and the son of Geneva and Ken Ludlow of Fort Wright, Ky., and Ted and Lisa Roeding of Gulfport, Fla.

The bride wore a white satin strapless gown featuring a fitted bodice embellished with rhinestones and silver.

Her attendants, in purple, were Lindsay Mirkin as maid of honor and Kate Roeding, the groom’s sister, as bridesmaid.

Bryan Fuller and Ben Pollitt were the groom’s best men, and Will Wathen, the bride’s brother, was usher.

The bride is a recruiter for TEKsystems Inc. after earning a bachelor’s degree in natural resource conservation and management and a master’s in public administration from the University of Kentucky.

The groom is a senior business analyst for Fifth Third Bank after earning a bachelor’s degree in information systems, management and communications from Northern Kentucky University.
