Youngstown police chief is speaker at neighborhood meeting Tuesday

YOUNGSTOWN — The Garden District Neighborhood Association will have its monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Davis Center at Fellows Riverside Gardens, 123 McKinley Ave. Guest speaker will be Youngstown Police Chief Rod Foley.
