Youngstown City Council committee meets Tuesday

YOUNGSTOWN — City council’s safety committee meets at 5 p.m. Tuesday to discuss the city’s vacant property registry program. The meeting will be in council’s caucus room on the 6th floor of Youngstown City Hall, 26 S. Phelps St.
