Vacant house fires keep Youngstown firefighters busy

YOUNGSTOWN — The causes for two vacant structure fires Sunday are undetermined.

The Youngstown Fire Department battled blazes on Brooklyn Avenue and Shehy Street.

The two-story structures were engulfed when firefighters arrived. Damages for the Brooklyn Avenue home are set at $10,000 and $4,600 on the Shehy home.
