Mr. Kimmel, Miss Widmann set Nov. nuptials

Mary and Harry Widmann of Metairie, La., and Karen and James Kimmel of Boardman are announcing the engagement of their children, Michelle Widmann and Brent Kimmel, both of Washington, D.C.

The wedding will take place in the French Quarter of New Orleans. The couple will exchange vows in a late afternoon ceremony Nov. 5 at St. Mary Catholic Church. A reception will immediately follow at Arnaud’s restaurant. Invitations have been issued for both events.

The bride-elect graduated from Newcomb College of Tulane University with a bachelor’s degree in political economy. She is the press secretary for the American Association for Justice in Washington.

Mr. Kimmel graduated from Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He is the technical director for the Association of American Law Schools in Washington.
