Speaker will discuss Civil War-era relative

To help acknowledge October as Family History Month, the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library, 444 Mahoning Ave. NW, will host Sally Bloomfield Mazer, who will talk about discovering a relative from the Civil War and the process of documenting his military experience.

The program will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday.

Mazer is past president of the Trumbull County Genealogical Society and is the registrar for the local Mary Chesney Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She is also a member of the Harriet Taylor Upton Society.
