CANFIELD CITY
Oct. 2
Identity fraud: A Pine Cone Drive resident advised police her credit report contained numerous items that were not hers.
Oct. 5
Drug paraphernalia: Ian Offenbecher, 18, of 8170 Southern Hills Court, Canfield, was arrested on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs.
K-9 Track: The department’s K-9 was used to help track a burglary suspect in New Springfield.
Oct. 6
Telecommunications harassment: A student at Canfield High School advised the School Resource Officer that she was receiving unwanted text messages of a sexual nature.
Oct.7
Drug abuse/falsification: Rico Rodriguezz, 18, of 256 E. Park Ave., Niles, was arrested on a charge of drug abuse of marijuana.
AUSTINTOWN
Oct. 3
Theft: Anthony Barbero, 31, of 3860 Indian Drive, No. 4, Canfield, and Monica Barbero, 63, same address were arrested on a charge of theft of cologne and floormats at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A muffler was stolen from an auto in the 1000 block of Compass West.
Warrant: Mindy Hite, 27, of 121 N. Dunlap, Youngstown, was arrested on a warrant charging theft by deception.
Menacing: Text threats were reported at a home in the 90 block of Edgewater Drive.
Theft: Fishing poles were stolen from an auto in the 1000 block of County Line Road.
Oct. 4
Damaging: A vehicle was damaged by gunfire at Shotz, 3713 Oakwood Ave.
Disorderly conduct: Crystal Wenzel, 25, of 2466 Vollmer Drive, Youngstown, was issued a summons alleging disorderly conduct.
Auto theft: A Pontiac Grand Am was stolen in the 1000 block of Fountain Square and recovered by Youngstown police in an accident.
Burglary: A 42-inch Panasonic television was stolen from a house in the 1000 block of Fountain Square.
Warrant: Seth Leach, 35, of 949 Compass West was arrested on a warrant charging failure to appear on a traffic charge.
Assault on a police officer: Chery Vinion, 49, of 3819 Kirk Road, was arrested on charges of assault on a police officer, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Recovered property: A debit card was recovered at Key Bank, 1737 S. Raccoon Road.
Criminal trespassing: Megan Thompson, 25, of 3198 Hadley Ave., Youngstown, was issued a summons alleging criminal trespassing at the TA Truck Stop, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.

Theft: $100.57 was lost in a deposit from Sherwin Williams at Huntington Bank, 6010 Mahoning Ave.
Assault: An assault was reported at a home in the 4000 block of Staatz Drive.
Theft: A CD player was stolen from an auto in the 1000 block of Country Gardens.
Theft: A wallet and checkbook were stolen at an unknown location.
Theft: Thirty oxycodone were stolen from an auto at Steeltown Motors, 6617 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Two metal ramps were stolen from a home in the 3000 block of Robert Frost Drive.
Counterfeit check: A counterfeit check for $1,132.81 was passed at Midwest Money, 5536 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A 32-inch LG flatscreen television was stolen at Country Inn, 5570 Interstate Blvd.
Theft: Ten X-Box games were stolen at the TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.
Forgery: Samantha Maxwell, 25, of 7051 Berry Blossom Drive, Canfield, was arrested on charges of forgery and receiving stolen property at Charter One Bank, 6071 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Three $1,000 money orders and an Apple I-Pad were stolen from an auto in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Oct. 6
Breaking and entering: Two male juveniles broke into Davis Elementary School, 4301 Maple Ave., and were released to their parents.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle was scratched at a home in the 1000 block of Wise Lane.
Theft: A cellphone was stolen at ITT, 1030 N. Meridian Road.
Oct. 7
Recovered property: A pink purse was recovered at a home in the 1000 block of Brockton Drive.
Attempted burglary: A storage room attached to a home had the door and frame pried open in the 100 block of S. Inglewood Avenue.
Theft: Suboxone pills were stolen from an apartment in the 1000 block of Compass West.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle window was broken at the Austintown Plaza.

Public indecency: Robert Stambaugh, 56, of 35 S. Salem-Warren Road, Apt. 7, North Jackson, was issued a summons alleging public indecency in the parking lot at Club 76, 5335 Seventy-Six Drive.
Assault: An assault was reported at Shotz, 3713 Oakwood Ave.
Disorderly conduct: Jamal Xavier-Cornelius Pendleton, 22, of 1350 Maplecrest Ave., was issued a summons at Denny’s, 4927 Mahoning Ave.
Telecommunications harassment: Telecommunications harassment was reported at an apartment in the 1000 block of N. Kimberly Avenue.
Breaking and entering: A pop machine was broken into at Everclear, 3700 Oakwood Ave.

Drug offense: Darrick Page, 33, of 548 W. Ravenwood Ave., Youngstown, was issued a summons for alleged possession of marijuana and arrested on a warrant alleging larcency.
Drug offense: John Arnold Jr., 25, of 108 Winchester Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana at Pilot, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Telecommunications harassment: A juvenile female was accused of making harassing calls in the 1000 block of Compass West.
Felonious assault: Two unknown female suspects struck the victim with a vehicle at the VFW, 4150 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: $427.73 was stolen at Handyman, 4351 Kirk Road.
Warrant: Jennifer Mazzola, 27, of 507 W. Chalmers Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a warrant alleging failure to comply with probation.
Warrant: Kevin Faucette, 24, of 4000 Logangate Road, Youngstown, was arrested on a warrant alleging failure to comply with probation.
