Niles man pleads innocent to crimes in Warren
WARREN — Christopher Coudriet, 25, of Robbins Avenue, Niles, pleaded innocent to breaking and entering and resisting arrest today in Warren Municipal Court after Warren police captured him in a house on Niles Road.
Police were called to 1464 Niles Road early Monday for a burglary in progress. Officer David Weber was close by and responded in about 30 seconds, seeing a man run across the street and into 1464 Niles Road.
When other officers arrived, three entered the home while two others outside observed Coudriet jump out of the second-floor window, jump up and start running.
Weber pursued Coudriet on foot to 1062 East Avenue SE, where Weber used his stun gun on Coudriet twice to bring him under control and make the arrest.
