Fellows Riverside Gardens was the site where Julie Mayer and Shaun Toth exchanged wedding vows on Aug. 13 in a morning ceremony.

The Rev. Larry Bowald officiated, and a reception took place at Mahoning Country Club in Girard.

The bride is the daughter of Martin and Joyce Mayer of Berlin Center, and the groom is the son of Robert and Jody Toth of Austintown.

The bride wore a champagne-colored strapless mermaid-style gown. Wearing olive green were the maid of honor, Beth Allcorn, and bridesmaids, Jessica Bartek, Amanda Christy, Tara Rose, Jessica Speece and Katie Malony. Junior bridesmaid was Kaley Toth, daughter of the groom.

Vince Whorten was the best man, and groomsmen were Justin Toth, brother of the groom; Martin Mayer; Doug Stanley; Gabe Whorten; and Jim Graham.

Mrs. Toth graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and is studying for a master’s in the same subject at YSU. She is a second-grade teacher in Austintown School District.

Mr. Toth is an electrician at Youngstown State University.

After a honeymoon in Riviera Maya, Mexico, the Toths are making their home in Austintown.
