The Grand Palladium Resort in Punta Cana was the setting July 9 for the marriage of Allison A. Aracich of Bristow, Va., formerly of Poland, and Christopher Hintosh of Bristow.

The daughter of Chuck and Mary Aracich of Boardman and the son of Mary Hintosh of Manassas, Va., and James Hintosh of Centerville, Va., exchanged wedding vows at a 3 p.m. ceremony, and a reception followed at Bohio Restaurant there before the couple began a honeymoon at the Royal Turquesa Resort, also in Punta Cana.

The bride wore a white A-line gown featuring a beaded bodice. Her attendants, in pink, were maid of honor Ashley Cox; bridesmaids Elyse, Dawn and Debbie Aracich, her sisters-in-law; and flower girl Olivia Aracich, her niece.

Mark Roadarmel was best man to the groom; Jeff Hintosh, the groom’s brother, and Chris, Chuck and Dan Aracich, the bride’s brothers, were groomsmen; and Alex Aracich, the bride’s nephew, was ring bearer.

The bride is a second-grade teacher at Prince William County Schools in Haymarket, Va., where the groom is an administrator. The bride holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Youngstown State University and a master’s in education from George Mason University.

The groom earned a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and a master’s in educational leadership from George Mason.
