The Vindicator is seeking families to speak out on SB 5

If approved on the Nov. 8 ballot, state Issue 2 would bring significant changes to those working in the public sector.

The Vindicator wants to profile two families, the impact this bill (also called Senate Bill 5) would have on them and their thoughts on the issue.

One family would be a working-class family with a head of household in the public sector such as a firefighter, street department worker, unionized county worker or similar job. The other family would also be working-class with the head of the household working in the private sector and not a member of a labor union.

The Vindicator would spend time with both families discussing the issue for articles, photos and video.
