Man, 25, indicted in shooting death

The Mahoning County grand jury indicted a 25-year-old Cambridge Avenue man in the Sept. 22 shooting death of Quest Waggoner, 22, in his Inverness Avenue residence.
Donovan Miller was indicted Thursday on an aggravated-murder charge with a firearm specification and on charges of tampering with evidence and trafficking in more than 2.2 pounds of marijuana.
The coroner ruled that Waggoner died of a single gunshot wound to the head.
Police said Waggoner died several hours before his mother found him dead on a living-room couch, with the house doors unlocked.
Police said they found a small marijuana-growing operation and some packaged marijuana at that house.
The grand jury also indicted Tashanda E. Jenkins, 29, of Leo Avenue, on an aggravated arson charge in connection with a July 7 fire at an occupied house at 532 Falls Ave.
Others indicted were:
Timothy A. Howard, 39, of Avon, Ind., disrupting public services, theft, possessing criminal tools and vandalism.
Troy Hockenberry, 29, of Vista Lane, Ellwood City, Pa., convicted felon in possession of guns and receiving stolen property.
Patricia Hunt, 44, of West Dennick Avenue, convicted felon in possession of guns and receiving stolen property.
Bill Gray, 44, of Enon Valley, Pa., convicted felon in possession of guns and receiving stolen property.
Anthony Scott, 25, of South Duck Creek Road, North Jackson, theft.
Peggy Hassay, 49, of Morrison Avenue, cocaine possession.
Lamont Blair, 47, of East Auburndale Avenue, cocaine possession.
Roxanne Holby, 36, of Fifth Street, Poland, cocaine possession.
Harold Shuler, 22, of Ferndale Avenue, breaking and entering.
Sheila Cochrane, 54, of West LaClede Avenue, heroin possession.
