Mahoning grand jury indicts man in September homicide
YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning County grand jury indicted a 25-year-old Cambridge Avenue man in the Sept. 22 shooting death of Quest Waggoner, 22, in his Inverness Avenue residence.
Donovan Miller was indicted today on an aggravated murder charge with a firearm specification and on charges of tampering with evidence and trafficking in more than 2.2 pounds of marijuana.
The coroner ruled that Waggoner died of a single gunshot wound to the head.
Police said Waggoner died several hours before his mother found him dead on a living-room couch, with the house doors unlocked.
Police said they found a small marijuana-growing operation and some packaged marijuana at that South Side house.
