A summary of recent criminal activity in Poland and Boardman townships:
POLAND
Sept. 25
Aggravated menacing: A Sharrott Road man reported having been threatened while in the 5500 block of Beechwood Drive.
Sept. 26
Trespassing: A woman in the 2700 block of Stewart Road filed a report.
Sept. 28
Theft: A $500 catalytic converter was stolen in the 6600 block of Katahdin Drive.
Sept. 29
Theft: Three catalytic converters were taken from Milton Auto Sales, 4464 Center Road. The loss came to $1,200.
Sept. 30
Theft: A $400 catalytic converter was stolen from Pro Tek Auto Center, 4428 Center Road.
BOARDMAN
Sept. 30
Domestic violence: Police charged Natasha M. Eiland, 39, of 710 Park Ave., Youngstown, on Boardman-Poland Road with the crime after her daughter alleged Eiland had pulled her hair and punched her neck during an argument.
Burglary: Took place in the 80 block of Meadowbrook Avenue through a rear door. A 42-inch flat-screen TV was taken.
Arrest: Police at a Boardman Spartans football game charged 20-year-old Zachary J. Connolly, 95 Shadyside Drive, Boardman with disorderly conduct, obstructing official business, resisting arrest, criminal trespassing and underage consumption of alcohol, all misdemeanors. An intoxicated Connolly became belligerent with a ticket taker, then struggled with police, who had to use a stun gun to get him to comply, a report said.
Theft: Police charged Keniceia T. Miller, 18, of 473 Robinson Road, Campbell, with the theft of four pairs of pants from Macy’s in the Southern Park Mall.
Theft/misuse of a credit card: A Mathews Road woman discovered her stolen cards had been used to make several unauthorized charges in Boardman.
Breaking and entering: Someone entered a home in the 1300 block of Red Tail Hawk Drive through the garage before taking a sterling-silver tray, a portable radio and other items, for an estimated $885 loss.
Harassment: A Lockwood Boulevard woman reported receiving harassing and unwanted calls on her cellphone and at work.
Assault: A man told police another man choked the accuser’s 11-year-old son.
Oct. 1
Theft: Police charged 18-year-old Muthyib Alotaibi, 815 Ohio Ave., Youngstown, with stealing four hats and cologne from Macy’s.
Domestic violence: Kenneth B. Bryant, 48, who listed addresses in Boardman and Lawndale, Calif., faced the charge after his girlfriend, of Hudson Drive, alleged Bryant had pushed her backward during an argument, causing the accuser to strike her head and back.
Stolen property: Police picked up David C. Walker, 21, of 1758 E. Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown, near Southern Boulevard and Maple Drive on two felony counts of receiving stolen property.
Arrest: A traffic stop near Southern Boulevard led to 24-year-old Renee L. Sass’s arrest. Sass, of 1758 E. Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown, was wanted on a felony warrant accusing her of receiving stolen property.
Assault: A driver near South Avenue told police another motorist nearly caused a collision, then grabbed and squeezed the accuser’s neck.
Aggravated menacing: A Market Street woman told police she received an online message stating she would be killed.
Vandalism: Someone destroyed a “For sale” sign at a vacant home in the 30 block of Overhill Drive.
Theft: A compact-disc/MP3 player, loose change and a computer storage device were removed from a vehicle in the 4000 block of Bob-o-Link Drive.

Arrest: Officers responding to a fight in the 7300 block of South Avenue charged 26-year-old Clinton M. Ramsey of Minerva with obstructing official business when, they said, he led them on a foot chase.
Criminal damaging: A motorist near Market Street told police someone threw a rock, damaging his passenger-side door.
Harassment: A Mathews Road woman reported getting 11 such calls.
Breaking and entering: Someone used a key to enter Eckert’s Interiors, 8574 Market St., and remove several train sets and other items from a warehouse without permission.
Domestic violence: Police arrested Brian D. Hufnagel, 38, at his home, 5333 Old Oxford Lane, Boardman, and charged him with the crime after his wife alleged Hufnagel had picked her up by the neck, tossed her onto a couch and struck her chest.
Oct. 3
Assault: A man at St. Elizabeth Health Center’s Boardman Campus receiving treatment for his injuries told authorities three males at a party had pushed and punched him.
Theft: Police charged Theresa M. Duley, 31, of 106 N. Brockway Ave., Youngstown, and 36-year-old Sharon L. Ritter, 3459 Sheridan Road, Youngstown, with stealing clothing and makeup from Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive. Ritter also faced a felony drug-abuse charge when, police said, two pills were in her purse.
Vandalism: A security door, a window and carpeting were damaged at an apartment in the 7000 block of West Boulevard.
Theft: The rear license plate was removed from a car in the 500 block of Boardman-Poland Road.
Criminal mischief: A woman in the 7700 block of Huntington Drive reported someone had opened her garage door, possibly to break in.
Possible criminal damaging: A Ferndale Avenue woman told officers she thought someone intentionally punctured two of her tires.
Theft: A 24-inch boys mountain bike was removed from a driveway in the 100 block of Beechwood Drive.
Burglary: To a home in the 5600 block of Southern Boulevard via a side door. An Xbox system, DVDs and a surround-sound system were among items stolen.
Drugs: Police conducting a traffic stop on Glenwood Avenue charged 19-year-old Braeassia V. Prestley, 716 Fairgreen Ave., Youngstown, with trafficking in drugs and drug abuse, and cited Ashlee R. Jones, 18, of 721 Oxford St., Youngstown, on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs. Two bags of suspected crack cocaine and four bags of suspected marijuana were found, a report showed.
Theft: Erin T. King Jr., 24, of 1670 Medford Ave., Youngstown, was picked up on a felony warrant after having been accused of stealing jewelry from Macy’s.
Drugs: Police with a search warrant took into custody 26-year-old Dondi Searcy at his home, 7591 Eisenhower Drive, Boardman. Searcy faced a felony count of trafficking in drugs.
Oct. 4
Theft/drugs: Police responding to a shoplifting situation at Walmart charged Shelly L. Calvin, 23, of 273 Carriage Lane, Canfield, with theft and possession of criminal tools, drug-abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia, as well as Michael L. Marsh, 34, of 4499 Warren-Sharon Road, Vienna, with carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia. Found were two large knives, an item commonly associated with crack-cocaine use, two suspected crack pipes and a syringe with suspected heroin residue, authorities said.
