The final opportunities for Mahoning County residential and agricultural real-estate owners to consult free of charge with an appraiser on the once-every-six-years revaluation of their properties, obtain an explanation for any change and correct any errors in the property description will be this week:

TIME: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

DAYS: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

PLACE: Reappraisal information center, Oakhill Renaissance Place, 345 Oak Hill Ave., Youngstown, first floor auditorium (Entrance A).

PHONE: Commercial and industrial real-estate owners should call 330-740-7909 to schedule an appointment with a commercial appraiser.

WEBSITE: Information about any real- estate parcel can be found by owner’s name, address or parcel identification number under the county auditor’s property search listing at www.mahoningcountyoh.gov. Once the current parcel information is located, click on the 2011 tentative value in the left column.
