First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corp., recently announced the promotion of Rhoan I. Hernandez from real-estate services manager to senior vice president. Hernandez will manage the bank’s mortgage unit.

Hernandez earned a master’s of business administration from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and a bachelor’s of business administration degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.

He resides in Chesterland with his wife, Cathy, and their two sons.
