UPMC auction, drive will benefit charities

GREENVILLE

Staff members from UPMC Horizon’s surgical services departments, which include the operating room, work room, central sterile supply, post anesthesia car unit and anesthesia, will host their annual basket auction and canned food drive from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Dec. 8 in the cafeteria at UPMC Horizon’s Greenville Campus.

Anyone who donates a canned food item or other nonperishable food item will receive a ticket for the basket auction.

All donations will be divided among The Good Shepherd Center, Greenville; Helping Hands, Stoneboro; and the Jamestown Food Pantry.
