MAHONING COUNTY

Easter Seals offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays at eight locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance. Transportation is available for those 60 or older; call 330-884-2511 to set up. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.

Wednesday, Nov. 30: Beef patty, bun, green beans, seasoned potatoes, applesauce, grape juice and milk.

Thursday, Dec. 1: Breaded fish, bun, french green beans, carrots, unsweetened applesauce and milk.

Friday, Dec. 2: Pork riblet, bun, yellow beans, spinach, unsweetened fruit, vinegar, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk.

Saturday, Dec. 3: Chicken breast, bun, romaine salad, black beans and corn, banana, orange cookie and milk.

Monday, Dec. 5: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, grapes, regular or sugar-free cookie, bread with honey, and milk.

Tuesday, Dec. 6: Manicotti with sauce, Normandy blend, peas, peaches, Italian bread, chocolate cupcake or angel food cake and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.50 per meal.

Wednesday, Nov. 30: Mild rope sausage on a bun with peppers and onions, green beans, potato spudster, regular and unsweetened gelatin and milk.

Thursday, Dec. 1: Chicken Parmesan with sauce and provolone, cauliflower, penne pasta with sauce, wheat bread with margarine, apple, grape juice and milk.

Friday, Dec. 2: Barbecue riblet, Diamond Jim bun, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, coleslaw and milk.

Monday, Dec. 5: Chicken quarter, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, rye bread with margarine, diced peaches and milk.

Tuesday, Dec. 6: Swedish meatballs, noodles with sauce, applesauce, diced carrots, wheat bread with margarine, orange and milk.
