David and Kathryn (Hoskins) Frank of Akron are announcing the birth of a son, Alexander James, on Nov. 4 at Summa Akron City Hospital. Grandparents are Charles and Julie Hoskins of Youngstown and Jim and Joan Frank of North Canton. Great-grandparents are Dominic and Irene Petrella of Youngstown.
