Food and toy drive to help community

SPRINGFIELD

Springfield Township Fire and EMS Auxiliary/Associations are hosting a food and toy drive to benefit the Springfield Township Community Council of Churches and the Community Christmas Basket Program.

Food, toy and monetary donations will be collected at each of the township’s three fire stations from 1 to 4 p.m. Dec. 3 or any Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. until Dec. 5.

STCCC is a coalition of 10 township churches that help community members in need. They are asking neighbors to help neighbors for the holidays.

Monetary donations may be deposited at any Huntington Bank or mailed to STCCC c/o Zion Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 434, New Middletown, OH 44442.
