Denamen new director of Trumbull Y

Rich Denamen of Austintown is the new director of the Trumbull County YMCA.

Denamen, a Hubbard native, was superintendent of Austintown School District for 11 years and spent the last six years as superintendent of the Educational Service Center for the Mahoning County Board of Education before retiring.

He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in administration from Youngstown State University, is married and has two sons and three grandchildren.
