City Christmas tree selected, arrives Tuesday

Richard Greenwalt of Lansing Avenue donated a 25-foot blue spruce to the city for its Christmas tree. It is scheduled to arrive downtown at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Diamond Steel Construction will donate time and equipment to assist the city’s Department of Parks and Recreation staff to remove and transport the tree to Central Square in downtown.
