The Youngstown/ Warren Regional Chamber’s first-of-its-kind Utica Shale conference and trade show is quickly approaching.

The Youngstown Ohio Utica & Natural Gas business-to-business conference, scheduled from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Nov. 30 at the Covelli Centre, will feature national and local companies and their products and expertise regarding the Utica and Marcellus Shale supply chain.

The conference will provide educational opportunities for the public through a variety of speakers who will discuss business, economic and environmental aspects of the Marcellus and Utica shale booms.

The Business Networking International Meeting Success Chapter recently announced its newest member.

Michelle Baird is the owner of The Flower Loft Florist and Greenhouse, which has locations in Salem and Poland.

BNI is the largest business-networking organization in the world.

This particular chapter, Meeting Success, has a favorable reputation due to the hard working and creative members involved.

The Meeting Success Chapter of BNI meets every Wednesday. Meetings take place at noon at Los Gallos on U.S. Route 224 in Boardman, and visitors are welcome.

YNGAir Partners to conduct survey

VIENNA

YNGAir Partners has been commissioned by the Western Reserve Port Authority to conduct a survey on a possible name change for the Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport.

The survey, which is available at www.yngairpartners.org, is five questions in length.

It also will be mailed to regional business presidents and CEOs, and surveys will be taken during flights at the airport during the next month.

Results will be presented to the WRPA board and released to the public after Christmas.
