SENIOR CITIZENS


Commercial Intertech Retirees will meet at noon Tuesday at St. Mark’s Fellowship Hall on Logan Way. Lou Pizzuto will preside, and Gloria Wielbruda and Roberta Shick will give reports. Luncheon hosts are Mary and Merv While and Floyd Trebus. To report illness call Connie DiPiero at 330-788-2340.

Holy Family Seniors will meet at 11:30 a.m. Monday at the Holy Family Center’s Hope Hall. Use the Youth Center entrance. Jennie Nethers will preside, and cards, bingo and a 50-50 drawing will be featured. Sandwiches and refreshments, coffee and tea will be served. Hostesses are Lee Centofanti and Wilma Brandsuch. P.E.R.I. 18 will meet at noon Dec. 6 for the annual Christmas luncheon meeting at the Youngstown Saxon Club, 710 Meridian Road, Austintown. Guest speaker will be Michael Mussell, OPERS representative, who will talk about health insurance changes. The two nominated officers will be sworn in. The menu consists of Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed vegetables, salad, rolls, butter, beverage and German chocolate cake. A money raffle will include the raffling of poinsettias. The cost is $9 for members, associate members and guests, payable at the door. Retired Nurses will meet at 1 p.m. Nov. 29 at Western Reserve United Methodist Church, 4560 Canfield Road, Canfield. Guest Linda Resin will perform a piano solo. Members are reminded to send in reservations for the Dec. 13 Christmas party at The Georgetown.

REAC 3298 of Austintown will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at Lucianno’s, 1732 S. Raccoon Road, Austintown. Donna Joseph and Betty Evanoski will serve as hostesses. Bingo will be played, and there will be a 50-50 raffle. Guests are welcome.
