“Woody Allen: A DOCUMENTARY” (9 P.M., PBS): “Woody Allen: A Documentary” is the latest installment of “American Masters.” The two-part program offers unprecedented access to the usually very private film icon and chronicles Allen’s career from his days of writing for Sid Caesar to his most recent cinematic triumph, “Midnight in Paris.”
